Do You Know Your Rights?

Do you feel like adults take you seriously? Less than a quarter of under 25s in Wales feel that they do, according to a survey by Meic.

The survey also suggests that children and young people don’t have the information they need to challenge people who don’t respect their rights or views. This is a right set out in the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

Today Meic is releasing a new interactive video (which is like a video game), to help you get a better understanding of your rights, and what you can do if you aren’t being listened to.
