Physical Safety

Physical safety is protecting yourself from things that can hurt you or make you feel scared, e.g. wearing a helmet to ride a bike or walking in well-lit areas at night. It’s about taking precautions to avoid accidents or dangers so you can enjoy life without too much worry.
