Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity explains the way you think and interact with the world. It means your brain might work differently from what is considered ‘normal’.

These differences could include autism, dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, etc.

You might find social situations challenging or have difficulty concentrating, learning and understanding. You might be sensitive to things like light or sound or have involuntary physical movements. These are just some signs of neurodiversity.

Being neurodivergent isn’t something you should be afraid of. It means you see the world differently from others, which can help solve problems and boost creativity. 

You might just need some extra help to be able to do some things and make life a little easier.

Everyone is unique, and it’s okay to ask for help when needed.
