Terms and Conditions: Meic Website Feedback Survey Competition

Eligibility:

This competition is open to individuals who are aged 25 or under and who live, work, or study in Wales.

Entry:

To enter the competition, participants must complete the Meic website feedback survey. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple, late or incomplete entries will not be included in the prize draw.

Survey Anonymity and Contact Information:

While the survey itself is anonymous, participants must provide a valid email address at the end of the survey to be entered into the prize draw. This email address will only be used to contact the winner and will not be used for any other purpose, including marketing.

Prize:

The prize is a £50 One4All Voucher. The voucher is accepted at over 180 retailers, including high street, online, cinemas and places to eat. ProMo Cymru reserves the right where reasonably necessary to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected via a random lottery draw. All email addresses provided by survey participants will be entered into the draw. The draw will be conducted by two staff members at ProMo Cymru.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via email within one (1) week of the survey closing date.

Prize Claim:

The winner must respond to the winning notification email within two (2) weeks of it being sent. If you don’t reply to our email within two (2) weeks, the prize will be withdrawn, and a new winner will be chosen.

Alternative Winner:

If the initial winner fails to claim the prize, a new winner will be selected through another random draw using the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until a winner claims the prize.

Prize Delivery:

The prize will be arranged with the winner via email. Once accepted, the voucher will be sent electronically to the winner’s provided email address.

Data Privacy:

ProMo Cymru is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Email addresses collected for this competition will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner. They will not be shared with any third parties or used for any other marketing or promotional activities.

Competition Period:

The competition will run from Thursday, 20th February 2025 to 23.59pm on Sunday, 9th March, 2025.  Entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

No Purchase Necessary:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
