This service provides advocacy to people with diabetes as well as friends, family and carers. Priority given to under 17s.

This service aims to supports and empower BME disabled children, young people and families in Wales. Black and minority ethnic children and young people (aged 0-25 yrs) with disabilities and chronic illnesses and their families are eligbible for the service.

Away from home, in residential accommodation, schools, secure units and custodial settings, or independent living. In the Youth Justice System. Young Carers. Have been or who are at risk of being abused or neglected. School aged mothers. SEN pupils, who may be subject to a tribunal.
