This service provides advocacy to people with diabetes as well as friends, family and carers. Priority given to under 17s.

ABCD Cymru

This service aims to supports and empower BME disabled children, young people and families in Wales. Black and minority ethnic children and young people (aged 0-25 yrs) with disabilities and chronic illnesses and their families are eligbible for the service.

Description

The service provides casework advocates for people with learning disabilities in Cardiff and the Vale. Advocacy for parents of children and young people with Learning Disabilities in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and Newport. Citizen Advocacy - befriending service for those with Learning Disabilities in Cardiff. Victim Assist Advocacy – 3 yr project providing advocacy for victims of crime in Cardiff and the Vale. Advocacy Matters Wales are able to provide non- instructed advocacy support to their clients.
