Description

The service provides professional and independent advocacy to anybody who has mental health issues in ANY hospital setting regardless of whether they are detained, but who are being assessed or treated for a mental disorder. The referral criteria for this is that the person is “unbefriended” - i.e. they do not have family or friends who can support them. Advocacy Support Cymru are able to provide non-instructed advocacy to their clients.
