Description

This service supports young people within the Wrexham County Borough with a specific issue where that young person feels that they need help to have their views, wishes and feelings heard. Any young person aged 11 - 25 years is eligible and young people can self referral, or referred by another agency.

This service provides support to women and their children who have suffered domestic abuse. Drop-in and refuge service.

Diabetes UK Advocacy Service

Opening Times

9am > 3pm

Description

This service provides advocacy to people with diabetes as well as friends, family and carers. Priority given to under 17s.

Description

Children or Young People 0 > 25 years old who are able to give informed consent, as a Social Services client either as a Looked After Child or a Child In Need. Children and Young People Leaving Care, up to 21 years of age or 25 if in further education. Children and Young People Looked After. Children and Young People In Need, which includes children and young people up to the age of 18 within the categories listed above.
