This service provides advice, support and advocacy support to looked after children and care leavers.

This service provides advocacy to people with diabetes as well as friends, family and carers. Priority given to under 17s.

CYP Looked After and Care Leavers. Needing an Independent Visitor Scheme. In Need - with Mental Health and Well-Being Problems. With a disability. Excluded from school, or subject to managed move. Asylum Seekers or Refugees, or unaccompanied minors. In a Refuge, due to homeless status. Homeless or in unsatisfactory accommodation. Away from home, in residential accommodation, schools, secure units and custodial settings, or independent living. In the Youth Justice System. Young Carers. Have been or who are at risk of being abused or neglected. School aged mothers. SEN pupils, who may be subject to a tribunal.
